My favorite dress is out of stock. When will it be restocked?
Sign up for restock notifications for out-of-stock items when prompted, so you are the first to know when it is back in stock.

How do your clothing fit in comparison to other companies?
Our items generally run true to size, but item descriptions and size charts will help you determine the exact size to purchase.

Are the white clothing see-through?
As white can frequently be see-through, you might prefer to wear a thin layer underneath.

What are the fabrics used in your clothing?
We pride ourselves on our quality materials and fabrics. We use only the softest cotton, rayon and poly.

How do I wash my Cheaperss wardrobe?
Please check the tags on your product for washing instructions, as we are not responsible for laundry mishaps.

I love your entire collection and want to shop in-person. Where is your store located?
You can visit our physical location at 110 Brick Plaza in Cheaperss, New Jersey. We look forward to servicing you there!

How do I make a return?
Click here to initiate a return. Returns can also be processed for a store credit at our Cheaperss location.

Can I use my gift card / store credit during sales?
We're sorry, but gift cards and store credit cannot be used during sales or promotional events. However, you can use them on any regular- priced items.
Whoops! I forgot to return and 7 days have already passed. Can you make an exception?
We understand your frustration and we realize that 7 days can fly by without noticing. As much as we would like to make exceptions, we need to maintain a strict 7-day return policy in order to keep our prices low. We do not make exceptions and appreciate your understanding.

Can I return an online order in-store? Can I return an in-store order online?
We allow online orders to be returned in-store for exchange or store credit, but we do not allow in-store returns online. If you purchased an item at our physical location, it must be returned at any of our physical locations.

When will my refund be processed?
Please allow a standard 10-14 business days for your refund to be issued. We will email you once the return has been processed.

Are items with promo codes considered Final Sale?
Yes. If you use a promo code or purchased at any discount, it is final sale.

What is the return policy for in-store purchases?
In-store purchases can be returned 7 days from purchase, or exchanged 10 days from purchase. Purchases made in-store must be returned to our physical location.
