Unlike most flowers， Watercolors Home Run Shrub Rose does not set seeds. This means it uses all its energy to produce amazing clusters of 2 to 3 inches wide， perfectly rounded pink flowers with yellow centers. Each little flower begins as a yellow blossom with a pink blush and matures to a bright， rich pink. The plant exhibits complete disease resistance and is self-cleaning. No rose hips and no deadheading. Each offer includes one dormant bare root 1.5 grade rose. Space plants approximately 24 to 36 inches apart for best results. For best results， grow in well-drained clay， loamy or sandy soil. Blooms late spring to fall. Reaches standard mature height of 36 to 40 inches. Botanical name: Rosa watercolors. Hardy in USDA zones 5 to 9. In colder zones some winter protection of the roots is advised.
