From the color palette of Tom Carruth， comes this striking Shrub rose. Outta the Blue pushes out fully double， fragrant， 3" blooms with 40+ petals that are bluish purple. She has such a unique color that we cannot photograph her and do her justice. Flowers are produced on a continual blooming plant with rich， green foliage. If you love uniquely colored roses or purple blends， this rose is for you!
