The wheels are complete with ABEC-7 bearings， which means with every push you'll get a long lasting roll! SIZING TIP: the Supreme skate is made in Youth and Ladies' sizing. If you normally wear a 1/2 size in shoes， we recommend sizing DOWN as opposed to up. For example， if your shoe size is a Ladies 7.5， we recommend ordering a size 7. The boot offers a roomy fit that is perfect for wide feet， so if your feet are narrow simply wear thicker socks or add a contour insole.
