The Everest Carex is one of the newest additions to the Evercolor series of dynamic Sedge Grasses. This variety features gorgeous white-striped foliage. This is a naturally clumping variety that reaches 12-18 inches tall and wide at maturity. Once fully established, this plant is drought/heat tolerant and easy to care for. This variety is hardy from USDA Zones 5-9 and grows best in partial sun. It prefers average to rich garden soil with good drainage. Water your new plantings 2-3 times per week for the first growing season. These Everest Carex are well-matured into their 2.5-quart pots.
